Chicken 65

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken - 2 Lbs
Corn Flour - 2 tspn
Pepper Powder - 2 tspn
Ginger garlic Paste - 1 tspn
Egg - 1
Cumin Seeds - 1 tspn
Green Chillies - 3 sliced/chopped
Curry Leaves - 4 to 5
Garlic - 2 tspn finely chopped
Ginger - 1 tspn finely chopped
Chilli Powder - 1 tspn
Chilli Garlic sauce - 2 to 3 tbspn
Red Color - 2-3 drops ( optional)

RECIPE:

  • Take small cube size chicken into a bowl.
  • Add salt, ginger garlic paste, 1tspn pepper powder to the chicken and mix well.
  • Add the egg to the chicken and mix it well.(Egg coats the meat and keeps the juices in)
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.
  • Once fried removes the chicken pieces and keep aside.

For the Sauce

  • Take 2 to 3 tbspn oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds to the oil.
  • Once the cumin seeds splutter add chopped ginger and garlic.
  • Saute it till it turns lightly brown.
  • Add chopped green chillies, curry leaves, 1 tspn pepper powder, chilli powder, chilli garlic sauce, and red color.
  • Cook for a few minutes and then add chicken to the sauce and toss lightly.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
